We relocated to St. Petersburg, with little knowledge of the area, and Bettina was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable of the area and helped us find the perfect home based on our search terms and interests. Even after we found a home she was very helpful and diligent in negotiating and helping us to understand the inspection report to make sure all was taken care of. She even signed for, and picked up our car when it was delivered, as we were not in the city yet. We can't say enough great things about Bettina. She was awesome!!!
